Peter van der Sar

Peter van der Sar is an independent advisor and works for Greenport West-Holland, EatThis and a Learning Community (collaboration between the business community, education, research). He supports entrepreneurs with their innovation issues, looking at developments in society and the impact of this on the sector and companies.

He has an extensive network of companies, knowledge institutions, education and research – both within and outside the sector – to support startups and companies with their innovation questions in the areas of human capital, entrepreneurship, digitalization and vertical farming, among others.
